The Company:

My client is a well-known retailer within the furniture sector. This company has been around since the 1990’s and are one of NZ top furniture stores. 

About Role:

You will be managing one of NZ's busiest furniture retailers. You will be leading a team of 3 staff and be able to adapt to your work environment, as well as managing all operations of the store - you will have the ability to treat this store like it's your own!

Key Skills:
  • Bubbly and energetic attitude
  • Experience in retail management - furniture experience is NOT essential
  • Ability to lead a team 
  • Drive and motivate to achieve sales
  • Customer service focus
  • A problem solver
  • Generous base salary of 55k + commission + bonuses
  • Manage store as if it was your own
  • Full product and procedure training - experience from all types of retail management is welcome
