Is a company with stores across New Zealand and rapidly growing! Our client is seeking an Assistant Manager with a difference and someone who can help develop the store and help the business grow in a new direction!

About you:
Our client is looking for an Assistant Manager with a can do positive attitude, you’ll also have:

  • A passion for sales and customers
  • Proven Results as Manager in a medium/large format store
Your key responsibilities:
As Assistant Store Manager you’ll have proven experience in a similar role focusing on Sales and customer relationships, and supporting the Store Manager in their duties, you’ll also be responsible for:
  • Management of stock
  • Visual Merchandising the store
  • Maintaining customer relationships
  • Helping develop and train Staff
  • Achieving Sales and targets
  • Providing strong communication skills
