An exciting opportunity for an experienced Facilities Manager to join a Global Retail and Residential Group based in Northern NSW. Working out of premium precinct you will be part of a growing and dynamic organisation that provides exceptional career opportunities.

In this role as the Facilities/Operations Manager you responsible for the following 

  • General administration relating to property operations and 
  • Liaising and supporting retailers and management team in all property operations issues 
  • Communicating and building relationships with external suppliers and contractors to ensure excellence
  • Contract delivery and contractor management 
  • Overseeing and coordinating cleaning contractors and security teams
  • Budget Management 
 In order to be considered for this role you will need to have the following skills and attributes:
  • Experienced in facilities or operations for a large scale retail environment
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Detail orientated, strong negotiator with the ability to prioritise and plan
  • Hands on approach - we are looking for a DO-ER that wants to get stuck in
