We are looking for an ‘ideas person’ to take on this new and exciting opportunity within our client’s business based in their Auckland head office.
You will be able to build strong relationships internally and externally as you will work with agencies then work closely with internal teams to sell the concepts.

Purpose and key accountabilities of the role are:

  • Creating engaging and inspiring existing concept operators internally
  • Ensure our clients strategy is reflected in concept executions
  • Ensure our client is working with the best agencies and delivering on customer expectations
  • Provide effective leadership
  • Channel innovation and create new market leading hospitality outlets
  • Adhere to Health & Safety requirements
What we are looking for:
We are open to background and experience - you could come from a creative agency background, or even a brand management background with a creative bent - however one thing we are after is someone to create big disruptive ideas and concepts that changes how our client goes to market.
  • Experience in hospitality or small business management for 2+ years is preferred
  • Proven experience running successful campaigns
  • Strong agency relationships
  • Vision, vision and more vision
