You ability to build relationships quickly with customers and guide them through the store will be paramount to you and your team's success.

You will also need to build a successful team of selling superstars! As a leader you will be influential, inspiring and dynamic.

  • An understanding of store P & L's and levers to deliver profitable sales
  • Excellent organisational skills

  • Excellent visual merchandising
Day to day you will be responsible for:
  • Leading by example to ensure all staff deliver exceptional customer service
  • Maximising the sales potential of all promotions and marketing activity
  • Achieving financial and operational targets
  • Recruiting, training, coaching and development of staff
  • Creating a motivating work environment
  • Ensuring high standards of visual merchandising
  • Ensuring operational and housekeeping tasks are met
