The Role:

We are looking for a Senior Store Manager to step into this exciting environment, you will be placed into full responsibility of the store, covering all aspects of management including recruitment, stock management, performance management and staff development. You will need to have a large emphasis on people development and team culture, alongside a huge passion for customer service, our customers and people are our main focus. 

What Is Required:

  • Senior Store Management Experience
  • Lead a team of 60-90 staff
  • 6+ direct reports
  • Experience in FMCG is preferred but not compulsory
  • Experience in Retail or Hospitality also welcomed
  • Passion for people & customers
  • Strong leadership ability
  • Ability to adapt under pressure
