The Role:
Like any Store Manager role you will be responsible for the implementation of the company strategy and the performance of their Flagship location in Albany. You will be ready to be hands on and get dirty to get the job done.
Some key responsibilities you can expect: 
  • Financial performance of sales, inventory management & store standards 
  • Coaching & mentoring a team of 20 including an Assistant Manager 
  • Ensuring compliance with Human Resources & Health & Safety Legislation 
  • Recruitment & professional development of employees
  • Ensuring consistency across merchandising & store display 
  • Maintenance of inventory including execution of stock take
  • Communication with key stakeholders – internal is a priority due to support office being in store
About you:
  • You will have a minimum 1 year + in a Store Managers position
  • Dealt with high stock volumes & prepared to get hands dirty
  • Attention to detail & outside of the box thinker
  • You will need to be incredibly self-motivated
