We seek a dedicated and focused customer service expert with a passion for high-quality garments and a keen interest in fashion.

What this role will offer you:

  • Comprehensive training;
  • Working alongside passionate experts in their field;
  • Exposure to prominent New Zealand designers;
  • $19-22/hour (flexible depending on experience).
As a motivated and passionate Customer Service expert, you will be assisting and supporting a very highly-valued list of clientele.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Meeting and greeting visitors;
  • Thorough knowledge of all products and services offered, providing quality advice to customers;
  • Customer engagement and ensuring customer satisfaction;
As the successful applicant you will have:
  • Apparel experience preferred;
  • Excellent Customer Service skills;
  • High attention to detail;
  • Clear and concise communication skills, written and verbal.
