A very rare opportunity has become available for a proven Sales & Account Manager to maintain and further develop current business accounts, as well as identify opportunities for growth and development within the New Zealand marketplace.

The Role:
  • Develop & drive the sales performance of the brand
  • Travel to visit your accounts a handful of times a year to sell ranges & build relationships
  • Construct and implement annual business plans with retailers to maximise future growth
  • Build strong business relationships with internal & external stakeholders 
  • Inspire retail teams to deliver strong sales through brand, sales and product training
  • Ensure company marketing standards & maintain a high level of VM
  • Analysis and reporting of sales results & stock planning
  • Identify opportunities to grow your portfolio whilst keeping to brand guidelines 
About You:
  • A warm & engaging relationship builder
  • Have strong business acumen - An understanding of retail & wholesale is desirable
  • Creative and entrepreneurial approach to maximising productivity and profitability
  • Energetic and enthusiastic nature
  • Highly responsive and solution oriented approach to service excellence 
  • Creative and experienced negotiator
  • Self-sufficient & motivated to drive this success of this brand as if it was your own
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint 
  • Have an analytical & inquisitive approach with regards to reporting & sales sell-through
  • You will have a current driver’s license & a clean driving record
