  • Lead staff & drive individual, team & shop sales & KPIs

  • Assist in training team members to their full potential

The successful candidate will need to possess:
  • An organised eye for detail 
  • Dedicated to sales
  • Ability to lead a sales team
  • Proficient in training & development
  • Previous Retail Sales experience at a Key Holder level
