The role:

The purpose of the role is to support the Store Manager and the fantastic team to provide exceptional customer service to all clients.
Some key responsibilities will include:
  • Driving staff performance to achieve sales targets
  • Maintaining compliance across the entire team and function
  • Create a motivating culture and inviting store vibe
  • Complete all administration tasks to a high standard including frequent reporting
