The Role:
With a strong focus on Operational Excellence, this Assistant Boutique Manager role will see you at the forefront of a high energy and fast moving luxury service operation. Responsible for the ongoing development of up to 20 team members.

Key areas of focus will include the following:  
  • Staff retention and engagement
  • Driving sales and superior customer service     
  • Nurturing team spirit & morale
  • Championing brand objectives & international standards
  • Coaching, developing and mentoring your team
Demonstrated experience in a retail management position is a pre-requisite for this role. You must be proactive in delivering results in both financial and customer service objectives while ensuring smooth day to day operation. With a strong focus on leadership and team development your responsibilities range from recruiting and building the perfect team, to managing performance and assessing capabilities on a day to day basis.
