The role:
The purpose of the role is to oversee the entire branch operation, our client is extremely transparent with their reporting and you will be expected to have full accountability over your P&L.
Some key responsibilities will include:
  • Staff performance, development, coaching and training
  • Maintaining compliance across the entire team and function
  • Drive the team to achieve targets in a motivating environment
  • Complete all administration tasks to a high standard including frequent reporting
What we are looking for?
  • Results orientated individuals
  • A manager who is organized and planned in their approach to work
  • Exceptional administration experience
  • No ego – you will be dealing with a wide variety of kiwi individuals
  • Staff management experience
  • Retail management experience is a non-negotiable
