Our Client:
Is a huge Australasian company with 40 + Stores across Australia and New Zealand and rapidly growing! With a new store fit out and huge range of stylish furniture, lighting, homewares, upholstery, soft furnishings and outdoor products to sell in a great work environment!
About you:
Our client is looking for an Assistant Manager with a can do positive attitude, you’ll also have:

  • A passion for sales and customers
  • Proven Results as Manager in a large format store
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Outgoing and positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and develop
Your key responsibilities:
As Assistant Store Manager you’ll have proven experience in a similar role focusing on Sales and tailoring to the customer’s needs, and supporting the Store Manager in their duties, you’ll also be responsible for:
  • Helping develop and train Staff
  • Sales and targets
  • Providing strong communication skills
  • Management of stock
  • Visual Merchandising the store
  • Maintaining customer relationships
We are looking for someone with a strong customer focused background, and previous management experience!
