The Role
Your responsibilities in this role will be managing motivating and developing your team, stock flow, store presentation, health and safety, maximizing GP results, delegating tasks and ensuring sales targets are being met.
The Candidate
I am looking for an experienced retailer after a new challenge. Ideally you will have the following experience:

  • Previous experience managing high stock volumes
  • Ideally have some experience or exposure to a large format business
  • Previous management experience of a minimum of 8 staff
  • Proven ability to motivate and drive a team through positive change
  • Confident visual merchandising and store presentation skills
