The role:

Will see you working in a fast paced environment with a fantastic team of passionate retailers. You support the Store Manager with the operations of the store and training and development of your team.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Drive the team to achieve KPI’s and sales targets
  • Provide fantastic customer service
  • Work with your team on store presentation through visual merchandising
  • Support the Store Manager on staff rostering
  • Support with the team training and development

In order to be considered for this role you will need to:
  • Have previous assistant retail management experience
  • Apparel experience is preferred

  • Full New Zealand working rights
  • Flexibility to work some late nights, public holidays and weekends
