The Role:

The purpose of the role is to provide a variety of administration and support activities to the operations team and support office in a diverse range of tasks.

Some key responsibilities:
  • Frontline administration – greeting visitors, answering phones, managing foyer and meeting rooms
  • Provide administration support to the Chief Operating Officer as required
  • Distribution of mail including couriers
  • Maintenance of office supplies, stationery, kitchen requirements
  • Editing and management of sending daily communication to all store locations
  • Organizing and booking of travel
  • Reconciliation of credit cards, fuel cards, travel cards
  • Ad hoc administration tasks as required
To be successful:

In this role, there are a few things our client requires:
