Our clients is seeking an energetic receptionist/administrator to join their fun loving operations team!
Established themselves down south in Christchurch 22 years ago and have since been expanding year on year - their goal since day one has been to create a true pet superstore that could offer their customers (including pets) the best experience. They truly are passionate about providing the best pet supplies, products, pet care, advice and services across all their stores in New Zealand.
Is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to expand and develop their career within the "administration field" and will see you not only owning the reception function but offer administration and project support to the operations team.
• Meet and greet all clients, suppliers and visitors face to face
• Management of all phone calls, emails and faxes
• Ensure reception area is organized and presentable at all times
• Provide an array of administration support to the operations team - including;
o Project work
o Process improvement
