This role involves building on the existing success of the store to ensure outstanding service standards are upheld and sales performance continues to climb. Reporting directly to the store manager you will be responsible for the correct implementation of all policies and procedures, and drive your team to produce outstanding results.
You will need:
• Previous experience as an apparel specialist
• Proven leadership experience
• Outstanding sales skills & the ability to drive others to exceed their sales targets
• A flair for visual merchandising
• Immaculate personal presentation
• A can-do attitude and lots of enthusiasm
• A winning personality
