Duties & Responsiblities:

  • Identifying and investigating stock loss both internal and external 
  • Implementing strategies to prevent theft in store 
  • Stock take and auditing 
  • Team management, coaching and mentoring 
  • Managing safe work practices
  • Health & Safety standards
  • Reporting and administration duties 
  • Strong communication skills to manage relationships from upper management to stakeholders
  • Delivering best customer service practice
About you:
  • Management experience 
  • Ideally 2 to 5 years security experience within retail
  • Strong stock take experience essential 
  • Results driven and motivated
  • Ability to drive your team and meet performance standards
  • Exceptional negotiation and problem solving skills 
  • Top notch communication skills
  • Believe in delivering world class customer service
  • Results driven and motivated
