You might come from a background of fashion or just have Assistant Management experience and be looking to move to an inspiring team, a bigger company, and a great pay package! With responsibility for a strong sales team, you will have a natural flair for leadership and be able to lead from the front - inspiring and driving an upbeat environment at all times.

- Clear KPI management & ability to drive KPI results
- Proven Stock management experience
- Fluent with merchandising standards & a passion for VM
- Confidence & experience giving direction and asking for changes in performance
- Enthusiasm for team development
- Good communication skills with customers, suppliers and team
