Our client is a well established retailer with a history of excellence founded on customer service delivery, with over 50+ stores. With an exciting new chapter ahead, this newly created role is about continuing to grow the retail side of the business through awesome people development

This role all about being hands on, working with store teams to develop and deliver on sales strategies and ideas to the highest standard. This is a juicy, challenging and rewarding role that sees you developing leaders with a company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement,and high performance.

We are looking for a Leader - You will have a positive attitude and the ability to motivate and inspire others.  This is an amazing opportunity in a new role for this company to step into a Retail Area Management role with responsibility for 10 retail sites with a focus on creating an amazing staff and customer expereince

We are looking for someone who loves retail as well as:

  • 5 + years' experience in a Retail Sales management environment 
  • Proven staff, sales & store or area management expertise 
  • Excellent organizational & leadership abilities 
  • Exceptional communication & interpersonal abilities 
  • Leading & developing a team is your passion
  • Outstanding communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Fast learner, & proactive problem solver
  • Passion for learning & imparting that knowledge with others
  • Understanding of optimization of store operations & standards for success

  • Foster a highly motivated & engaged retail team 
  • Effectively manage a large team across multiple sites
  • Lead teams to achieving targets & KPIs through coaching & mentoring
  • Ensure profit & loss performance to budget across all locations
  • Questioning for continuous improvement across all areas of the business
  • Build culture across multiple sites, without physical presence always being necessary
