The Role:
If successful you will be required to deliver high-level retail and customer service training across New Zealand and will be responsible for the following:
  • Delivering a high level of classroom style retail training 
  • In store support through visits to developing in-store operations and staff capability 
  • Supporting new stores openings and current store upgrades
  • Driving a culture of retailing excellence and innovation 
The Candidate:
  • A strong background in training and development 
  • Previous experience in the retail industry preferred 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills 
  • Influential and inspiring leadership style
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organised individual
  • Ability to travel across throughout New Zealand and Australia as needed
  • Cert IV in Training and Assessment desirable, not essential
