The Auckland agency is a successful corporately owned and operated office that has experienced great growth in recent years. The team is high performing and is a mix of experienced recruiters and up-and-coming stars, committed to owning our space in the NZ market. We have funky, modern CBD offices and operate in an open, inclusive and fun filled environment.
As agency manager you will lead the team to achieve sales results, retain and further strengthen client relationships, market share and further develop the keen team to be even more awesome. The team has 2 specialty areas: executive recruitment and shopfront recruitment, servicing the entire retail channel across a range of the best retail brands in NZ. We operate with great systems and processes and have a market leading brand that is well recognized and respected.
To be successful you'll need to be a rock star! I'm looking for a hands-on, inspiring and passionate recruitment leader. You should have at solid track record of developing teams, managing clients and generally over-achieving! I'll share our story and vision and it's your job to keep it alive, make it happen and take the team and customers on the journey to be even more successful.
