Sales and customer service will be in your blood and you will do anything to make budget the right way. Not one to short circuit a process, you will have the same passion for quality as you do for making the sale.
You will be paid what you're worth and on top of that there's a host of extra benefits including birthday leave, mental health days, monthly and quarterly incentives over and above a market leading commission structure. Our top performers also get up to 6 weeks annual leave.
The role has operational and budget accountability for a team of 7 staff and your previous experience as a team leader or at the very least a trainer in recruitment is a must.
