Retailworld’s Founding Director, Trish McLean, was recently included in The NZ Job Board Report with her opinion on the future of job boards.
The New Zealand Job Board report was put together in the effort to understand more about job boards and the importance they play in the employment space. Trish gives her views on the three aspects of recruitment trends. “Firstly, that the talent shortage is back. Secondly, online is moving towards specialist and niche job boards in the future. And thirdly, the passive candidate is able to be engaged more easily than ever before.”
