According to sources, Prads is looking to proceed with an IPO within the next two months

While nothing has been confirmed, it appears that Prada is deciding on an Initial Public Offering as early as February. The matter is to be discussed at the next meeting after going over the 2010 financials. Potential countries for listing include the likes of Hong Kong, with some shares being offered in Italy to stay close to home.

With demand increasing, the brand is looking to open around 90 new stores in 2011! So keep your eyes open for updates near you!
