I have been in architecture for the last 13+ years. I have come to a point in my career where I feel a total change of career might be a good thing. I am considering moving into a totally different environment. Somewhere I can learn and climb the ladder to the top. I have always thought that administration will be a great way to go. Maybe still in the property industry. What will be the best way to start off, since my CV only consists of architectural positions.
Hi Martin,
Thank you for your query through our website.
It would be good to prepare a new resume before applying for administration roles. Although you may have not had an administration role before highlight your personal strengths as well skills from your previous roles that are transferrable to administration role. Remember to regularly check our Hot Jobs board to see what administration roles we have on offer at http://www.rwr.co.nz/hot-jobs/ or visit http://www.seek.co.nz to search for other entry level administration roles.
If you are interested in working with in the property industry also check out the Property Institute of NZ website http://www.property.org.nz/MainMenu
