About the role:

• Create a high performing environment
• Analyse and act on training performance, and employee evaluation
• Ensure HR strategies are developed and implemented to align with overall business strategy 
• Create and deliver training inductions 
• Partner with store managers on team succession planning
• Focus on the business 360 team performance reviews
• Meet reporting requirements and support finance with human capital forecast and budgeting
• Point of contact on basic ER for your zone
• Encourage high store/office/warehouse standards with OH&S
• Develop and implement marketing strategies
• Increase individual store sales growth

About you:

• Solid Experience in HR
• Ability to engage and influence your teams
• High attention to detail
• Motivated to work autonomously
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
• Excellent time management and planning
• Proven success with implementing operational strategies
• Impeccable people management & communication skills
• Current knowledge of HR laws and processes 
• Tertiary certification in HR/business management ideal but not essential
