The Company:

The Role:
Support your store manager in the leading and driving a large store and team. Work in a fast paced, sales driven environment and for your hard work and passion, you will be eligible for intriguing benefits such as possible quarterly bonus and a uniform allowance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and train the team in effective sales
• Drive sales, through building relationships with customers
• Visual merchandising through guidelines & creativity
• Present a clean, neat and organized shopping environment
• Ensure that your team demonstrates customer service daily
• Exceeding KPI benchmarks

Required Skills:

• Proven fashion Retail Management experience
• Solid business understanding with proven results
• Developed skills in driving staff performance
• Strong selling skills and a dedication to customer service
• Solid stock management experience in a high volume environment
